MGT Construction is a company located in Sóller, in the heat of heart of the “Serra de Tramuntana”. Our scope of performance fruit of a high degree of specialization, is not only fitted to the traditional architecture of the North of Majorca, but also to the own particularitities of the different regions of the Island.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary team, composed by engineers and technical architects, MGT Construction is a company with solid foundations forged on the basis of three clear premises: strength, seriousness and high qualification.

REFORMS

We make reforms and rehabilitation of all type of construction, maintaining the original style by means of the application of the restoration or reform techniques, suitable for each case.

EXCAVATIONS AND POOLS

We count on a team of professionals with specific machinery to the work, to make any type of underground construction:

Works of cleaning and sewage system, telephony and electricity facilities, etc
We project and execute all type of clearings, excavations to flat ground, swimming pools, rain tanks, groves, etc.

STONE WORKS

We keep the styles of the old school for stone works, with a team of workers who in a continued way, work the stone creating:

• Retaining walls
• Concrete reinforcements
• Double slide Walls for closings.
